The Rock announced on tonight's 1000th episode of WWE RAW that whoever the WWE Champion is at 2013 Royal Rumble pay-per-view will face The Rock that night with their title on the line.
The Royal Rumble takes place on January 27, 2013 at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
