Possible 6-man tag team match for Elimination Chamber

John-Cena-41

John Cena has challenged The Shield to a 6-man tag team match. John Cena will team up with Sheamus and Ryback to take on The Shield. Tensions between these wrestlers were always high, and it seems like Cena wants to finally put an end to it. The constant inference by The Shield with regard to the three superstars may finally end once the scores are settled in this match.

If this match does proceed, then the teaming up of the three superstars may end the reign of The Shield.

WWE decides on WrestleMania 30 venue

WrestleMania 30 in 2014 will be one of the biggest moments for WWE. While most of us expected this event to be held in Madison Square Garden, WWE has surprised many with its choice.

WrestleMania I, X and XX were held in Madison Square Garden and next year’s WrestleMania too was expected to be in the same venue considering the nostalgia the place held for WWE. But WWE has made a rather surprising choice as it is planning to hold WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans’ Superdome, which is in fact the venue for this year’s superbowl.

One reason why WWE must have chosen this venue is the capacity of the crowd. The Superdome has a capacity of 70,000 while the MSG only can hold up to 20,000 people, which considering the present Wrestlemania status, is a meager crowd.

While many nostalgic WWE fans might consider MSG to be the ideal venue, WWE will not risk throwing away this huge opportunity for mainstream acceptance.
