
Two men were arrested this week for stealing the TNA World Heavyweight Championship belt and a replica at the TNA live event in Ottumwa, IA on August 18th, reports Heartland Connection.
The authentic belt was valued at $6,000 and the replica belt was valued at $400, according to police. Both title belts have been recovered since then.
33-year-old Joel Ryan Luke of Ottumwa was arrested Wednesday and was released from the Wapello County Jail after posting $5000 bond. He was charged with theft in the 2nd degree, which is a class “D” felony.
39-year-old Forrest Courtney Jamison of Ottumwa was arrested Thursday and was released from the Wapello County Jail after posting $3000 bond. He was charged with accessory after the fact, which is an aggravated misdemeanor.
